"Left a message on answerphone and got a call back within an hour. After initial visit and diagnosis the same morning, the part was ordered and an engineer returned later in the afternoon, fitted it and heating was restored. We received a courtesy call within a couple of hours from owner to check all was ok. This is the first time we have used this company and decided to call them after reading the 3 reviews below. "AMAZING COMPANY. Rob came out just before Christmas with no notice and fixed my boiler. A complete lifesaver.
